Start Doing This.
Do something everyday and it quickly becomes second nature. It makes sense, then, to pick most effective tactics to make part of our lives. So what are they?
Two of our 15listed habits came in way ahead of the others: take 10,000 steps a day and eat breakfast without fail.
'Mindful' eating behavior took our the next three places. Packing it away before noon? Thumbs down.

M5 TeamBuilding 2010

Tuesday, May 18, 2010

M5 was having Team Building at Pantai Kerachut - Penang on 15/05/2010 from 9:00 to 2:00pm. It was a hot and warm day. Me, YH and Chin reached Teluk Bahang at 8:50 after breakfast with YL who joined his team building at Hardrock Hotel. When we reach there, Our boss -Mr M was already there waiting for all of us. Blablabla...
Around 9:45 Mr S finally came with his gang. We start to enter the jungle/forest ~10am. Along the way most of the guys are so excited. The air is so fresh and we enjoy ourselves so much on the breathtaking scenery.
By not spending time to elaborate by words , I will show the nice pics captured by Ann that day.

Hachiko~

Thursday, May 6, 2010

I just watch this movie and I cry until my eye so red. This is a very nice movie which I think most of the audience will appreciate the good teaching from this real story.

Here is the synopsis of this true story:

This heart warming true story is American adaptation of a Japanese tale about a loyal dog named Hachiko. This is a very special friend would accompany his master to the train station everyday and return each afternoon to greet him after work. Sadly his master departs one day, passes away and never return to the station. Hachiko faithfully returns to the same spot at the station the next day and everyday for the next nine years to wait for this beloved master. During his daily visits, Hachiko touches the lives of many who work near and commute through the town square. He teaches the local people love, compassion and above all unyielding loyalty. Today, a bronze statue of Hachiko sits in his waiting spot outside the Shibuya station in Japan as a permanent reminder of his devotion and love.
